How are the items packed during the shipping process?
I treat all packages like I would like to receive items shipped to me, with lots of T.L.C. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap when called for and packed in packaging peanuts and packaging materials. I make sure the item is secure and not moving inside the box. I can't help how the post office treats the packages and won't be responsible for breakage of items if Insurance is not purchased, once left from my hands.

How long have you sold online?
We have sold online as auctioneers for about eight years now and have a feedback rating over 2300+, I can provide the links to our auctions at your request to see our customer satisfaction and feedback. Can you describe Sage Rose's Vintage Attic's Practices?
Most of my items are from Estate Sales, Yard Sales or Personal Collections.. If it is brand new, I will state so in the description. I try to describe each item to the best of my ability and provide numerous photos in the item description.. Unless I have missed something or made a mistake ...Items are not refundable.. So please read the Descriptions and feel free to ask me questions... I take my store seriously and have been doing this for a number of years and try to provide excellent Customer Service as how I would like to be treated when purchase items.

Are your items New?
Most items represented are from collections, estate sales or yard sales... If they are brand new, I will state so in description. Most are gently used and I provide a description on how I view the item in question.

Do you ship immediately when payment is received?
I ship twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays due to that I live in a rural area . Pay Pal and U.S. Money Order's ship immediately. Upon Shipping, I will send you a Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Number for you to track your package at www.usps.com

Do you offer a refund?
No, I do not provide a refund for buyer's regret. I only provide a refund if I have grossly neglected important description notes on the item in question.

Is Insurance Available?
Yes, Insurance is $1.70 per $50.00 worth of Insurance on packages for the U.S. Only. I won't be responsible for packages once shipped so Insurance is optional but highly recommended.

Do you provide a Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Receipt?
Yes, I do provide a free Delivery Confirmation and tracking receipt for all packages shipped so that you might track them online at www.usps.com

Do you combine shipping?
Yes I combine shipping on all additional items purchased. (Normal Shipping fees on first item and .50 cents each additional item purchased.) Please inquire at skeeterhaven@frontiernet.net and let me know the products in question.

Yes, I do ship Internationally through two Shipping services: $6.00 First Class International Shipping and $12.35 Flat Rate International Priority Mail Shipping. Only International Flat Rate Priority Mail comes with Free Delivery Confirmation and Tracking. **ANNOUNCEMENT** DUE TO RECENT POST OFFICE SHIPPING FEES...SOME OF THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES POSTED IN THE STORE IS WRONG AND THE CORRECT SHIPPING FEES ARE POSTED ABOVE. ** I can usually combine up to three items inside depending on sizes of items.
